Don’t believe in everything you think and feel.
Are you a successful leader and still devalue your worth and undermine your experience and expertise? Are you familiar with that nagging feeling that you’re not good enough, that you don’t deserve the job, the promotion, the seat at the table? Studies show that specially women tend to judge their performance as worse than they objectively are. I see it often in my Executive/Leadership coaching practice, men and women, no matter how successful or high in the hierarchy they are.
Looking for strategies to overcome it ? Recognize your thoughts and feelings for what they truly are: thoughts and feelings and then bring a more objective perspective by putting them to trial.
