What I Stand For & My Values

Anyone who is courageously and authentically influencing to create enduring value is a leader.
There is an emotional art of leadership and purposeful leaders use emotional intelligence and agility to drive emotions in the right direction. They leverage their own emotions in service of their purpose, and the emotions of others to inspire the organization towards a meaningful vision. They generate emotional resonance that let people flourish and keep them motivated, and they mange crisis role modeling assurance and clarity with empathy while providing direction and leveraging values in the decision making process.
I believe purposeful leadership to be a journey towards reaching the leader’s highest potential, requiring courage and willingness to be transformed.
I grow the whole person to grow the whole leader. People bring their humanity to work everyday and the division between the work realm and personal realm is unhelpful and obsolete.
All my work builds up from a foundation of self-awareness. I see purposeful leadership as an authentic and conscious expression of a leaders’ essence, core values, talents and purpose.
The ability to observe and change a mindset is a crucial leadership asset for meeting adaptive challenges (as opposed to technical challenges) required to lead in the VUCA world. For intentional shifts and sustainable transformation in leadership to occur, I believe leaders need to be able to uncover and challenge their mindsets, observe and retrieve data from emotions and interrupt outdated patterns.

We will explore the awareness and the quality of both conversations. Leaders learn how to recognize those conversations, manage them and become more resourceful while being in relationships, generating collaboration and partnership even during difficult conversations.
