Don’t believe in everything you think and feel.

Are you a successful leader and still devalue your worth and undermine your experience and expertise? Studies show that specially women tend to judge their performance as worse than they objectively are. I see it often in my Executive/Leadership coaching practice, men and women, no matter how successful or high in the hierarchy they are.
