Leaders are always having two important conversations: the ones they have with themselves and the ones they have with others.
We will explore the awareness and the quality of both conversations. Leaders learn how to recognize those conversations, manage them and become more resourceful while being in relationships, generating collaboration and partnership even during difficult conversations.
